What to Expect

Our 60-minute HYROX classes combine cardio, strength, and functional training into one challenging, high-energy workout. Each class is built using official HYROX365 programming and is designed to improve your endurance, build strength, increase fitness, and help you move better in everyday life.

You'll rotate through intervals on the SkiErg, RowErg, and Runner, along with sled pushes and pulls, sandbag work, kettlebells, lunges, wall balls, and other functional strength exercises. Every workout is coach-led and can be scaled to suit all fitness levels.
